First and foremost. We need to stop smoking.
Look, everyone knows smoking sucks.
When we grew up, everyone smoked.
Pretty much every one of my friends did.
But if you're still puffing away, you know now is the time to stop.
Did you know you can break the 'addiction' within 24-72 hours?
One weekend of not smoking and you've broken the addiction.
Then we need to deal with the habit.
So do this.
Buy an e-cig thing.
Try not to buy 'juice' with nicotine in it.
And start breaking the nicotine habit today.
