Danny Williams was in the middle of the Twentieth Century’s most vibrant and dangerous art scene before he disappeared in 1966 never to be seen again. A Harvard dropout, he moved to Manhattan where he and Andy Warhol fell in love. At 26, he was making experimental films and designing the groundbreaking Velvet Underground / Exploding Plastic Inevitable light show. Thirty-five years after his suspicious disappearance, his niece, Esther B. Robinson, discovered 20 extraordinary never-before-seen films Williams made that feature Andy Warhol and Edie Sedgwick.
