It’s a decidedly nostalgic image, a scene most of us would like to live at least once. This signed digital print is created from a work originally painted by Massachusetts artist, Leah Giberson. With supreme attention to detail—and reflection—Giberson depicts an Airstream trailer, undoubtedly the most recognizable mobile home design ever and an icon of America’s rebirth after World War II. To create this image, Giberson makes use of a photo, painting directly onto a print and embellishing it with subtle collage elements, adding a modern edge to an evocative retro design.
Signed and numbered by the artist. Edition of 100. Digital print produced with archival pigment-based inks on heavyweight cotton rag paper. Includes a white border for framing.
