This beautiful piece of vintage Mexican jewelry is a triangular brooch by Estella (Stella) Popowski, made sometime in the 1950s and featuring a pattern of concentric triangles made from sterling silver, onyx and brass, with two accent dots made from stone. The painter and jewelry designer lived in Mexico City from the 1940s to the 1960s, where she created designs for the iconic silversmith Antonio Pineda. The brooch is signed by Popowski and is in excellent original condition.

Excellent vintage condition.   Signed.
