The Miller House and Garden was commissioned by industrialist and philanthropist J. Irwin Miller and his wife Xenia in 1953. Designed by architect Eero Saarinen\, interior designer Alexander Girard and landscape architect Dan Kiley\, it became a National Historic Landmark in 2000 and was donated to the Indianapolis Museum of Art in 2009. Revenues from this sale help support the preservation of this extraordinary architectural complex.
