B. Seibel Impromptu Serving Bowl
American industrial designer Ben Seibel is known for his work in dinnerware, serveware and tabletop accessories. This serving bowl was designed for the NY-based Iroquois China Company in 1956 for a line of ceramic wares called Impromptu. This design, dubbed Bridal White, features a sleek, modern shape with wide rims. It was the singular piece to be produced solo after the Impromptu line was discontinued.
