Bissona Table Lamp
A figure of great importance in the art world, designer Luciano Vistosi began focusing his full attention on blown glass objects in the 1960s brilliantly experimenting with a variety of techniques. (He was left-handed forcing him to discover new ways to work with glass.) The Bissona designed in 1968 is a curiously shaped table lamp in white crystal blown glass. Bent on top the diffuser pushes upwards shielding the bulb from view. The result is an unforgettable object that's structurally curious but completely functional. A classic."
