Edwards Ceramic Creamer

Mid Mod Mom founder Beatriz Macias didn't know thrifting existed until she moved stateside from her native Colombia when she and her husband furnished their west coast apartment with Salvation Army finds. These days the former architect puts her discerning eye to use by rooting out Mid-Century wares and crafty masterpieces each with its own distinct art-inspired flair. From hand-blown glass and painted plates to kitten figurines and turned wood candelabras the inspired undertones and exotic flavor of her first-class finds can't be beat.

"Creamer by Ken Edwards, who, along with Jorge Wilmot, became a pioneer of introducing stoneware techniques in Mexico. In the 1960s, Edwards exported his wares to the U.S. under the name El Palomar.
