Artist William Joseph “Dard” Hunter created a series of art glass designs between 1904 and 1910 for the Roycrofters Inn\ an art colony in East Aurora\ New York. His work championed the Arts and Crafts Movement\ and Hunter went on to become a noted type designer\ papermaker\ printer\ and publisher. This Purple Poppies DIY Kit was created with permission from The Dard Hunter Studios to commemorate his work. Adapted from one of his art glass designs\ the pattern features a geometric design with two charming poppies at its center."
