    This won't be for everyone - but if it's for you - don't miss out

    Look, Robin is not the best author in the world. He isn't an amazing writer, it does read a little bit like a bad novel. But. If you can get past that, and understand & adopt the points Robin is trying to make with the book. Then this book has the potential to transform your life. Essentially, build a habit of rising before 5am every day (it's hard, trust me). Spend your 'Victory Hour' of 5-6am every day working on three things - your health (vigorous exercise), your mind (meditation, planning, strategy), your self (learning, studying, reading). And watch this compound over time. Also has a free companion app to try and help encourage you through the 66 days which it takes to create a habit like this. Check it out.
