Notes:
FPOM is sensitive to UV/DDX/DDY not being in sync. UEs TextureVariation node with rotation enabled does not apply the rotation to DDX/DDY, causing the POM effect to distort.
FPOM has the same limitations as traditional POM when it comes to things like lack of self shadowing, PDO messing with VSM shadows, etc.
